He is efficient, friendly and thorough; he can find muscles that you never knew that you had and can fix injuries that you were not aware of. Training with Suf has changed my life. There are simply no other words I can use to describe it. With Suf, it has not just been about developing physically, but also mentally. Initially, I did not have a specific set of goals, I just wanted to step out of my comfort zone and lose some weight. He can read me very well and he always knows when to encourage and push me harder. My body transformation has been incredible and I cannot wait to improve it further. I wanted to find a great trainer to give me more confidence within the gym and push/hold me accountable, all whilst building a good rapport with them. It’s safe to say that I have found that within Suf. I came to Suf with the above as a brief and very quickly we started setting goals and targets to achieve. My main goal over the 12 week programme was to hit 80kg (in a lean way), given I was starting at 73kg – it was going to be a good challenge! Within 6 weeks I had seen some great aesthetic, confidence and mental progress, with me tipping the scales at 77kg – this exceeded my expectations but Suf has kept my feet on the ground (and working hard!) Suf adjusted my programme and assured me we could work around the current injury. I didn’t want all the hard work I had been putting in going to waste. My physique was changing immensely and I finally had some muscle to my once skinny frame.
