Is an extremely cost effective way of working with a personal trainer and achieving all of your health and fitness goals and gives you the perfect balance between functionality and body aesthetic. The program pairs together functional fitness and bodybuilding to have you feeling and looking great! The daily workouts are specially designed by Sufyan and tailored to significantly increase your fitness, strength and body composition. Each daily exercise ranges from 45 minutes to an hour and targets the full body through fast paced – high intensity and calorie burning workouts. Sufyan combines a wide variety of functional movements in a timed workout to increase your stamina and change your body.

At Fitness Rigor we offer daily 45 minute small group training:

Daily workout with targeted stimulus for at home or in the gym

Daily bodybuilding with targeted area for at home or in the gym

Daily optional Cardio

How does it work?

Client Consultation- initially carry out a client consultation we will carefully examine the following;
Goals- we will set out exactly what it’s that you hope to achieve from this programme. that may be a specific weight a specific look a health or fitness goal, or all of the above.
Timescales- we will establish the timescale you want to use to achieve these goals. Restraints- Essentially the aim is to cover all angles to ensure that what’s provided in terms of programme design for training and diet is realistic, effective and maintainable throughout.
Nutrition- we will usually request that you provide us with a 5-day food diary accounting for all food and drink intake, allowing us to assess your current nutritional circumstances.
Training- Relevant training history, including any previous or current injuries as well training experience and capabilities will be discussed

Included in Program

Hurricane – High Intensity with strength work
Upper Body – Strength and toning of upper body.
Lower Body – Strength and toning of lower body.
High Intensity boxing workout.

We work with myzone heart rate monitors to track your performance and effort levels to ensure you are working in the right zone for your fitness level.
Our groups are already capped up to 3 in a group to ensure you get the best from your session from the health coach whilst adhering to the social distancing gym guidelines.

Other aspects of the Programme include:

Nutrition- We will usually request that you provide us with a 5-day food diary accounting for all food and drink intake, allowing us to assess your current nutritional circumstances.
The Design phase- Next comes programme design you will have a completely bespoke training programme issued to you, taking into consideration everything discussed within our confidential consultation
Education- Alongside you personal training programme, you are issued with a nutritional guidance document. we like to think of this predominantly as a re-education, so rather then prescribing specific foods to be eaten at set times every single day, we approach this in a more open-minded manner. this helps the client to make nutritionally ideal decisions independently day-to-day, that fully complement their training goals.

Support– Both training and nutritional progression is assessed as we go along together throughout the programme, adjustments are made where necessary along the way to ensure optimal results for your efforts.

Tracking– In terms of progress tracking and monitoring, we assess weight on weekly basis, with body measurements and progress photographs every 4 weeks alongside monitoring fitness level, general, training and daily progress as often as we need.
